Eyes are watching me
I walk in the sunshine
I feel I am free
But eyes are watching me.
I lie often and say I am innocent
I feel there is no one to monitor me
But truth is not always visible
Somewhere at sometime
Maybe I do not feel
But eyes are watching me.
I believe anyone and say I am smart.
I feel no one can ditch me
But everyone has got faces
Faces - they're smart
Perhaps I do not realize
But these faces are watching me.
Eyes and faces - they're not alike
I may be able to judge eyes
But I fail to read faces
I've also got eyes and faces
My eyes don't lie
and faces - they are lesser than anyone else's
That's what I say, don't believe me.
That's what everyone says, don't believe
Because eyes are watching you
and eyes are watching me.
